Week 3–4
Your order gets built to spec
Once you approve the quote, every window and door is custom-built to that exact measurement. Most orders are ready in three to four weeks.

Install day
Installation and a final walkthrough
Floors get protected, old units come out, new ones go in and get sealed. Most homes wrap up in a day or two, and we register your warranty before we leave.

Touch the glass on a cold morning and you’ll understand the upgrade.
Low-E coatings, argon gas fills, and warm-edge spacers come standard on everything we install, sized for what an Oakville winter demands rather than a generic climate rating. Put your hand near an old single-pane window in January and you’ll feel why that matters: the glass itself is cold. Ours isn’t.
The payoff shows up on two fronts. Heating and cooling costs typically fall 15 to 25 percent after a full replacement, and the house gets noticeably quieter, since triple-pane glass blocks far more outside noise than the two panes it’s replacing ever could.
