A measurement, not a pitch
An installer comes out, measures every opening by hand, and lays out options that fit your budget before anyone talks about signing anything.
Windows & Doors Oakville handles everything from a single stuck window to a full-house replacement, with the same installers measuring, building, and finishing the job. We've worked on homes throughout Oakville, Ontario for more than twenty years, and every installation comes with a warranty that holds up long after the invoice is paid.
We’re the same family-run crew now that we were on day one: no call center, no franchise fees folded into your quote, just installers who measure, build, and install the work themselves.
That continuity is why our estimates tend to hold up. Whoever measures your opening also builds your order and installs it, so nothing gets lost passing the file from one desk to another.
There's no obligation attached, and most messages get a reply from us within one business day.
Every reason below is something we can show you in writing, not just tell you over the phone.
Windows & Doors Oakville has stayed family-run since we started, and every homeowner still works directly with the people who measure, build, and install their project.
More than twenty years of installs means we've already seen your home's specific quirks somewhere else in Oakville. That experience shows up in a cleaner install and fewer surprises.

Every window and door we install carries Energy Star certification built for Canadian climate zones, which also opens the door to federal and provincial rebate programs.
We carry WSIB coverage for our crew and $5 million in liability insurance on every project, so you're protected before a single tool comes out of the truck.
The same crew that measures your opening is the one that orders it, installs it, and answers the phone if you ever need a follow-up visit.
Every product is measured, built, and installed by our own crew.

No pressure at the first visit and no changes to the price once we've started.

Once you approve the quote, every window and door is custom-built to that exact measurement. Most orders are ready in three to four weeks.
Floors get protected, old units come out, new ones go in and get sealed. Most homes wrap up in a day or two, and we register your warranty before we leave.
Low-E coatings, argon gas fills, and warm-edge spacers come standard on everything we install, sized for what an Oakville winter demands rather than a generic climate rating. Put your hand near an old single-pane window in January and you’ll feel why that matters: the glass itself is cold. Ours isn’t.
The payoff shows up on two fronts. Heating and cooling costs typically fall 15 to 25 percent after a full replacement, and the house gets noticeably quieter, since triple-pane glass blocks far more outside noise than the two panes it’s replacing ever could.
Every Oakville project runs through the same small group of people from first measurement to final walkthrough. Nobody hands your file off to a different branch, and no one re-explains your project to a stranger halfway through.
That continuity is only possible because we’ve stayed rooted in one place for more than twenty years. We’ve worked inside older homes near Bronte, newer builds off Dundas, and plenty in between, so a lot of what we’d need to know about your house, we already do.

Every project prices differently based on window count, frame material, and glass upgrades, but most full window installations land somewhere between $700 and $1,600 per opening once labor is included. We measure in person before quoting anything, and the number you get is fixed and itemized, not a placeholder that changes later.
We carry WSIB coverage for every installer and $5 million in general liability insurance on every project we take on, residential or commercial. If you ever want documentation before we start, just ask and we'll send it over.
A single window or door typically takes a couple of hours once our crew is on-site. A full-home job with ten or more openings usually runs one to two days depending on how the old frames come out. We'll walk you through a realistic schedule during your in-home estimate.
Yes. Everything we install carries Energy Star certification suited to this climate zone, with low-E glass and argon fill as the baseline, not an upgrade. That certification is also what makes many of our jobs eligible for current federal and provincial rebate programs.
You call us directly. Our workmanship warranty runs for as long as you own the home, and it covers the installation itself: seals, frames, and hardware. Every product also carries its own manufacturer warranty on top, so you're covered from both directions.
